\r\nCPHS and Sager Sports Registration is NOW OPEN for 2022-23 School Year, as well as CPHS Summer Sports participation! This is all online only, using our athletic database, Final Forms! Please do not create a completely new parent account if you had one in the past, we can help!
\r\nRemember that incoming 7th and 8th graders can participate in Iron Raiders during the summer, and incoming 9th-12th graders can participate in Iron Hawks and any summer sport-specific offerings made available. Completing this process will also prepare your student for athletic participation in the 2022-23 school year.
\r\nAs shown below, you will see and need to select "Click to Switch to 2022-23 Registration" in order to register for athletics for this summer and next school year.
\r\n*If Athletes plan to participate in CPHS/Sager Summer Weight Training like Iron Hawks/Raiders or CPHS Summer Sports practices, games, or camps they must be registered in Final Forms for the 2022-23 school year with the sport(s) of their choice including Iron Hawks/Raiders! You will be prompted to sign and resubmit forms in the process, as well as update medical and emergency contacts. If you do not select a sport, not all forms will be available to complete, make sure to add a sport of choice, you can always change it later if needed!
\r\nIron Raiders and Iron Hawks are now listed as sports for which you can sign up and in order to participate, you must select the applicable sport. More information regarding times and locations for Iron Hawks and Iron Raiders will be released soon on cphawksathletics.com!
