Welcome!

We are so excited to have your child be a part of the Davis Dragon family!

Your child must be at least three (3) on or before August 31 and qualify based on developmental needs and/or income level for either PRESCHOOL PROGRAM. Email kweed@cpps.org with questions.

Your child must be four (4) years old on or before August 31 with developmental needs OR turning five (5) after August 31 to register for TRANSITIONAL KINDERGARTEN.

Your child must be five years old on or before August 31 to register for KINDERGARTEN.

RETURNING STUDENTS

NEW STUDENTS TO DAVIS ELEMENTARY (Welcome Transitional Kindergarten, Kindergarten & Pre-School Students TOO!):

HOW DO I REGISTER MY NEW STUDENT ONLINE?

To complete the registration process you will need to complete the following steps (NEW STUDENTS ONLY--Not for students moving from Davis to Sager or Sager to CPHS. See above for returning students):

1. Fill out a Skyward Family Access Form (Completo Solicitud para Skyward Acceso Familiar)

2. Once completed you will receive your Skyward Login information via email from our school staff to complete your student's online application.

3. Login to Skyward to complete the online application (Skyward Instructions: English/Spanish)

WE ALSO NEED THE FOLLOWING FROM YOU:

• A copy of your child's birth certificate (or an entry in a family bible, an adoption record, an affidavit from a parent, previously verified school records, or any other documents permitted by law).

• A copy showing proof of residency in the College Place School District.(copy of utility bill)

• Copy of Immunization history. Make sure to read the letter from the School Nurse regarding new laws for immunizations.

We will accept photos or copies of these documents:
