Sager Spring Sports Information and Updates

Sager Raiders Spring Sports begin on Monday, April 12, 2021

Some updated information has been added for buses, coaches, off-site locations. See below for specific practice times, locations, and information. 

Remember that all athletes must be fully signed up for athletics on Final Forms. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Derting at jderting@cpps.org

In Phase 3, athletes in low contact sports (Track and Field) must wear a mask whenever not actively training or competing.

Athletes in moderate risk sports (Soccer, Baseball, and Softball) must wear a mask whenever not actively competing. Coaches and officials are required to wear masks at all times, including practices and competitions. Please remember that these guidelines can change at anytime based on the DOH and WIAA Guidelines.

First Day Information:

7/8 Girls and Boys Track and Field:

Monday, April 12, 3:15pm

CPHS Track

Bring marked water bottle, face mask, appropriate footwear, and dress in layers.

CPHS Practice Field

7/8 Baseball:

Monday, April 12, 3:15pm

CPHS Commons on Day 1; Lions Park in College Place after that for three weeks, then stay on site at CPHS. Bus from Sager to Lions Park daily, route 7 leaves at 3:20pm.

Bring marked water bottle, face mask, appropriate footwear, and dress in layers.

7/8 Softball:

Davis Softball Field -  Bus from Sager to Davis daily, route 9 leaves at 3:20pm.

More Season Dates and Information:

As a league and school we will still work in accordance with the WIAA Healthy WA Sport and Activity Guidelines. Sports season start and end dates are set and will not change. If competitions are not allowed for a sport due to the Healthy Washington DOH Regional Phase status, then practices will continue in hopes of competitions in phase 2. See sports specific WIAA guidelines here.
