Hawks State Track and Field Recap:

So many awesome moments at State for our athletes! See below for a few highlights and athlete updates as well as other links to more detailed information:

\r\n

Saturday highlights:
-Braeden Schwarz jumps 20'3 1/2 in the long jump and places 10th overall, just missing the finals.  

\r\n

-Xavier Thompson ends the season with a throw of 44' 11 3/4 placing 10th overall.  

\r\n

-Melia Loe finishes the 3200 in 12:16, a 12 second PR good for 11th place!

\r\n

-Madeline Weaver 34' 2 1/4 final distance in the triple jump, finishing on the podium for 7th place!  

\r\n

Thursday/Friday Highlights:
-Braeden Schwarz finishes 3rd in the triple jump with a leap of 42'8. 
-Drexler Yesiki discus throw of 133'10 placing 9th. 
-Hawks Boys 4x100 team advances to the Finals!
-Lincoln Mullen finished with a Javelin throw 156'4 placing 7th overall. 
-Melia Loe ran a lifetime PR in the 1600 in a time of 5:37.9
-Niel Wright ran 11.77 in 100
-Madeline Weaver runs PR in 100 in 13.08
