Early Learning leads to Early success!

College Place Public Schools offers two early learning programs. 

The Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) is Washington’s pre-kindergarten program that assists children from low income families for success in school and beyond. ECEAP focuses on the whole child by offering FREE comprehensive education, nutrition, health, and family support services. CPPS families with age eligible children are encouraged to apply for the program. ECEAP is offered full-day five days a week. 

Developmental Preschool serves students with special needs, ages 3-5. There are morning and afternoon classes.

Location:
Both programs are located at: Iglesia Adventista -255 SE Larch Avenue, College Place, WA 99324

Times:
ECEAP - Monday –Friday 8:30 am – 2:30 pm
Developmental Preschool 

  • Morning 8:30 am - 11:00 am
  • Afternoon 12:00 pm - 2:30 pm 

Requirements:
Children must be at least 3 years old, but not yet 5 years old by August 31 of the current school year.
Parents/Guardians must meet income requirements set by the state.
Live within the College Place Public Schools boundaries.
Fill out an application packet with required documentation (ECEAP only)
Must qualify for special education services (Developmental Preschool only)
Transportation will be provided to and from preschool by College Place Public Schools.

To register your child(ren) visit the District Office or Davis Elementary.
