John Sager Middle School will be participating in the 2016 Healthy Youth Survey on Monday, October 17th.
The survey is voluntary and anonymous. Survey results are used by schools, districts, counties and state agencies to better provide students services they need.
Informational flyers are being sent to parents and presented to students in.
