Good evening College Place High School Families,
I wanted to share some information with you regarding our Traffic Safety/Drivers Education course for the 2019-2020 school year.
Unfortunately, this year we will not be able to provide Traffic Safety/Drivers Education course for students during the school day. The teacher certification process for this class is complex and we do not currently have a staff member at College Place High School who can teach it.
However, we are excited to announce a partnership with E Street Driving School for CPHS students interested in taking Traffic Safety/Drivers Education this year. While we will not be able to offer the course for students during the school day, E Street is offering an evening class at College Place High School with a goal of having costs comparable to what our previous course fees were.
We encourage our students and families who are interested in pursuing Traffic Safety/Drivers Ed to contact Beth at E Street Driving at 509-527-7898. When you call them, let them know your student attends College Place High School. This will ensure your student is signed up for the correct class.
