Student-athletes from around the Walla Walla Valley will be honored at the 43rd annual Blue Mountain Youth Awards ceremony at 7 p.m. on May 8 at Baker Boyer Bank in downtown Walla Walla.

The awards honor high school and college student-athletes from around the Walla Walla Valley, competing from spring of 2018 through winter of 2018-19.

Trophies for Male and Female Athlete of the Year, Coach and Team of the Year, and Scholar-Athlete of the Year will be handed out.

Top student-athletes, their coaches and teams from the Valley are narrowed to a handful of finalists in each category, with winners announced during the ceremony. 

The awards are free and open to the public at Baker Boyer, 7 W. Main St.
