Principal's Note:

I am very excited to be starting my second year as the principal of Sager and Meadow Brook Schools. I am excited about the opportunity to work with our students and parents alike. College Place Public Schools is a district that is committed to academic excellence. Our teachers are well trained and look forward to providing the finest education to all children at all age and grade levels.

We will continue to maintain excellent after school programs. We will be offering students a broad array of enrichment activities that can compliment their regular academic programs, field trips, and other enjoyable activities for students to participate in after school. These programs will start very soon after the start of the school year.

I would like to encourage all parents and guardians to become involved in the education of their children. We have many areas where parents are welcomed and encouraged to participate and get involved. We can always use help with numerous programs including but not limited to our PTA and School Improvement Plan development.

Finally, please remind your children that school starts this year at 8:10 a.m. The tardy bell for students will be 8:15 a.m. Students will be released at the end of the day at 3:05. Also, students not riding the bus or walking home will be picked up in from of Sager. This procedure continues to ensure the safety and well being of our students at the end of the school day.

Also, Mrs. Fish is now 'manning' the Sager Office at its original location at Sager Middle School. Students will need to check in when tardy or absent, parents will need to check out students for appointments, and any other questions or concerns may be met at this location or at the 525-5300 number.

I am looking forward to the 08-09 school year.
