As we enter into the Fall athletic season, we wanted to make sure that our private transportation policy from games/contests is well communicated. Though we highly encourage our student athletes to ride the bus home with their team, we understand that sometimes, special circumstances make this difficult.
Click here for the release form that needs to be turned into the main office or athletic office at CPHS at least 24 hours prior to a game. This form must be filled out by a parent or legal guardian who is listed as such on Skyward.
Students will only be released to their legal guardian, and may not ride home with a family friend or another student's parent. Parents/guardians will need to check their student out with the coach before leaving the event.
