| Annual Notifications for Parents, Students, and Staff The new federal regulation states the following: §300.212 Public information. The LEA must make available to parents of children with disabilities and to the general public all documents relating to the eligibility of the agency under Part B of the Act. "The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) governs early intervention, special education and related services to children with disabilities provided by public agencies and school districts. These services are available to children and youth (ages 3-21) under IDEA Part B. College Place Public Schools makes available, to the general public and parents of children with disabilities, documents relating to the eligibility of the agency under Part B. as directed in the law under Sec. 300.212 - Public information."
